Selling a home that gets noticed

Jackee builds a custom marketing plan for each home she lists, and her sellers see it work. One family had an offer "within hours of the listing going live." Another home had been listed with a different agent for six weeks; with Jackee it drew as many showings in five days, and the sellers had three offers in about two weeks. She started in real estate as a transaction coordinator, so she knows the contract and closing process inside and out. "As first-time homebuyers, we were initially overwhelmed by the process," one couple wrote, and then described her making herself available at all hours to answer questions. Another buyer said she was "always available to answer our many questions, no matter how small," and handled every repair follow-up so nothing was overlooked.

Selling or renting? She'll tell you straight

Sometimes the right answer isn't to sell. When one homeowner learned it wasn't the best time, Jackee walked them through renting the house instead and connected them with property management. "She was patient and informative and never made me feel less than because I wasn't selling," the owner wrote. Another owner's rental had sat for more than two months with no leads. Jackee updated the photos, refreshed the listing and sent weekly updates, and the home was rented in about three weeks. She helps renters too, including one who found a house to rent in Georgetown with her help.

Before real estate

Before real estate, Jackee worked in theatre and fashion. She was a costume designer and supervisor for immersive theatre, helped build a vintage costume shop in San Francisco and showed her own fashion line at Fashion Week SF in 2008. She is also a real estate investor, with properties in Texas and Tennessee. Jackee is married to a Navy veteran and is mom to a young son. She trains with Burn Boot Camp, volunteers with Meals on Wheels, supports the SPCA and sponsors community events in Teravista.
