Snap a photo of the label on your water heater, fridge or HVAC. We figure out how old it is, check it against safety recalls, and keep checking.
Your papers, organized
Upload your insurance, warranties, inspection or survey and we'll read and organize them for you. If you bought your home with JRE, your closing papers can be added for you.

Is JRE Homestead really free?
Yes. JRE Homestead is free for homeowners. Jorgenson Real Estate built it so the people we work with have their home's records, papers and alerts in one place for as long as they own their home.
Do I have to have bought my home with Jorgenson Real Estate?
No. Any homeowner can set up a portal. If you bought with JRE, you also get your closing papers added for you. If you don't have an agent, we'll connect you with one when you want one.
Is the likely sale range an appraisal?
No. It's an estimate to help you plan, based on recent sales and your home's details. It isn't an appraisal. For a pricing opinion for a real sale, talk with your JRE agent.
Who can see my documents?
Only you and your Jorgenson Real Estate team. Documents are encrypted, every time someone opens one it's recorded on your account, and we never share your documents outside JRE without your permission.
How do I sign up?
Go to home.jorgensonrealestate.com/join, enter your name and email, and click the sign-in link we email you. Then add your home. If your JRE agent sent you a link, use that one so your portal comes set up with your agent.
