Sorento is a northeast Pflugerville neighborhood of about 970 homes built from 2014 to 2023 on about 356 acres bordered by Weiss Lane on the west and Jesse Bohls Road on the south, east of SH 130 and about a mile from Lake Pflugerville. It has Pflugerville addresses but sits outside city limits, in Pflugerville ISD and Travis County MUD No. 17, and like all Travis County homes it pays Central Health.
Jorgenson Real Estate has helped clients buy and sell more than 70 homes in and around Sorento. The dashed line marks Sorento, every pin is a home our brokerage closed within about two miles, and the map updates on its own as new sales close.
Every 2025 taxing unit on most Sorento homes adds up to about $2.37 per $100 before exemptions: Travis County ($0.375845), Central Health, the county hospital district ($0.118023), Pflugerville ISD ($1.1069), Travis County ESD No. 2 ($0.092765) and Travis County MUD No. 17 ($0.678). The Sorento clubhouse at 18107 Bassano Ave has a pool and a small kids' pool, a fitness room and a playground; the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, and residents can reserve the clubhouse.
