Reserve at Westcreek is a northeast Pflugerville neighborhood of about 590 detached homes on roughly 115 acres at the southeast corner of Weiss Lane and Cele Road, on the south edge of the Blackhawk area. Homes went up from 2007 to about 2016. It has Pflugerville addresses but sits outside city limits, in Pflugerville ISD and Lakeside WCID No. 2D, and like all Travis County homes it pays Central Health.
