Blackhawk is a group of northeast Pflugerville neighborhoods built around the Blackhawk Golf Club, just east of SH 130 between Rowe Lane and Kelly Lane, with newer sections east of Hodde Lane and near Cele Road. Its roughly 3,750 homes were built from 1993 to today, all in Pflugerville ISD. Most of Blackhawk sits outside city limits and pays a water district instead of city tax.

Trails run through the greenbelts. The Blackhawk master association is managed by Goodwin & Company, and some of its amenities are owned by the water districts, so access can depend on which district a home is in. Meadows of Blackhawk is also managed by Goodwin; Fairways of Blackhawk is managed by AAM.
SH 130 runs along the west side, with SH 45 just to the southwest. Approximate drives from the Blackhawk Amenity Center: Blackhawk Golf Club about 2.5 miles, Hendrickson High and Stone Hill Town Center about 3 miles, Lake Pflugerville about 3.5 miles, downtown Pflugerville about 6 miles, Kalahari about 7.5 miles, Dell Diamond about 9 miles, The Domain about 16 miles and the Texas Capitol about 23 miles.

Partly. Fairways of Blackhawk and Meadows Phase 1 are inside city limits. The rest of Blackhawk is in Pflugerville's extraterritorial jurisdiction, so it pays a water district instead of city property tax.
Pflugerville ISD. Rowe Lane Elementary is inside the community on Speidel Drive; confirm the zoned schools for any address with the district's Find My School map.
