Falcon Pointe is a master-planned community of about 1,600 homes in northeast Pflugerville, north of Pflugerville Parkway and east of FM 685, with Kelly Lane and Falcon Pointe Blvd running through it. It sits inside Pflugerville city limits, so homes pay city taxes along with Pflugerville ISD, Travis County, Central Health and Travis County MUD No. 15.

Every 2025 taxing unit on Falcon Pointe homes adds up to about $2.49 per $100 before exemptions: Travis County ($0.375845), Central Health, the county hospital district ($0.118023), Pflugerville ISD ($1.1069), City of Pflugerville ($0.535), Travis County ESD No. 2 ($0.092765) and Travis County MUD No. 15 ($0.2646). Newer sections also sit in the City of Pflugerville's Reinvestment Zone No. 1, which does not add a separate rate. A few homes in Section 8-D are outside the MUD and total about $2.23. Check any address with the Travis Central Appraisal District.
The Falcon Pointe Community Association lists two full-size pools, a kids' pool and a splash pad, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a 4,300-square-foot amenity center, about five miles of trails, 12 parks and eight playgrounds. The association office is at 19015 Falcon Pointe Blvd, and its website lists PS Property Management as the management company. Ask for the resale certificate early to see dues and any transfer fees for a specific home.
