Highland Park is a Pflugerville neighborhood of about 1,860 homes north of Pflugerville Parkway, with Kingston Lacy Blvd running through the middle. It grew in two parts: Highland Park North, with castle-named streets, and the larger Highland Park, whose streets are named for national parks. Both sit inside Pflugerville city limits and in Pflugerville ISD, with no MUD on the tax bill.
