Brooklands is a south Hutto neighborhood of about 620 homes between County Road 137 and FM 1660, built in six sections starting in 2019. It is inside Hutto city limits with no MUD or PID, it is zoned to Hutto ISD with Ray Elementary and Farley Middle on its north edge, and it backs up to the city's 65-acre Adam Orgain Park on Brushy Creek.

The HOA owns a park lot on Timber Brook Dr, a pocket park on Swindoll Ln, shared-use path lots and open space throughout, including a tract of about 5 acres on the east side. Along the southwest edge, the City of Hutto's Adam Orgain Park (formerly Hutto Park at Brushy Creek) covers 65 acres along Brushy Creek, with the city amphitheater, creek-view and lake-view pavilions, grills and creek access. It hosts Hutto's July 4th celebration.
County Road 137 runs along the west side and FM 1660 just east. Approximate drives: Ray Elementary under half a mile, Farley Middle and Adam Orgain Park under a mile, Hutto High about 3 miles, Hutto City Hall about 3.5 miles, the Ninth Grade Center about 6 miles, Kalahari about 7.5 miles, Dell Diamond about 8 miles, downtown Round Rock about 9.5 miles, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Round Rock about 14.5 miles.
