Heritage is an age-restricted community under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act. According to the association's own documents:

Heritage residents have their own amenity center, The Lodge at 5000 Pietra Ln, with a fitness center and aerobics room, game room, event center, pool and hot tub, four pickleball courts, two tennis courts and two bocce courts, plus a lifestyle director who plans activities and events. Heritage owners also belong to the Vizcaya Maintenance Association, which cares for the common areas shared with Traditions.

Vizcaya is inside Round Rock city limits with no MUD or PID. Using Williamson County's published 2025 rates before exemptions, the total is about $1.80 per $100 where the home is zoned to Round Rock ISD and about $1.85 per $100 where it is zoned to Georgetown ISD. Texas homeowners 65 and older can add an over-65 exemption and a school tax ceiling on top of the general homestead exemption, which can lower the bill substantially.
