Sam Palasota is a commercial real estate agent with Jorgenson Real Estate, serving Central Texas with a focus on retail, healthcare, and industrial properties. Over the past four years, he has built a practice centered on landlord and tenant representation, sales, and site selection—work that requires clear priorities, careful analysis, and a steady hand from the first conversation through closing.

 

Before entering real estate, Sam spent 12 years as a firefighter and paramedic with Canyon Lake Fire EMS, a role that shaped how he shows up for clients: calm under pressure, thorough in preparation, and direct in communication. That background also sharpened his instincts for risk, timing, and accountability—skills that translate naturally to complex commercial decisions. Earlier in his career, he worked in media production and advertising in Austin, experience that helps him think strategically about positioning, visibility, and the practical realities of business growth.

 

Sam enjoys working with entrepreneurs and operators who are building something real—people with a clear vision and the discipline to execute. He’s equally drawn to commercial investment transactions, where smart capital and sound fundamentals matter, and where success is often defined by decisions made well before a deal ever goes under contract.
