Florida's Sandra Rathe Team joins The Real Brokerage

The Real Brokerage has brought on RealTrends Verified-ranked The Sandra Rathe Team, adding 20 agents and $135 million in annual sales volume across South Florida.

Led by Sandra Rathe and founded in 2009, the team operates in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The group closed 220 sides in 2025, including 45 classified as luxury properties.

The team placed 159th nationally and 16th in Florida by sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified data for 2024, the most recent year available.

Rathe said the move was driven by long-term opportunities for her agents.

“I wasn’t looking to make a move,” Rathe said. “But Real just made sense. The opportunity to provide our agents with multiple streams of income through revenue share and stock creates a pathway to build a legacy that outlives us as salespeople. It gives our agents the ability to attain and maintain a lifestyle, not just close transactions.”

As part of the transition, Rathe will join Real Luxury — the brokerage’s division focused on higher-end properties. In addition to leading her team, she hosts a monthly workshop for agents focused on the luxury market.
