About Adriana Roca

Adriana Roca is the Director of Growth at Jorgenson Real Estate. Her main job is recruiting, onboarding and retaining the agents who make JRE what it is. She is usually the first person a new agent meets, the one who makes sure they land well and get set up fast, and the one who keeps checking in long after their first closing. Around the office she is known as our culture queen, and she is JRE's go-to operations expert.

She came to that role from inside the business. Adriana ran transactions from contract to close at JRE and still helps with transactions and operations, so she knows exactly what agents need to do their best work. She earned JRE's Impact Award in 2023 and was named Partner of the Year in 2024.

Real estate runs in her family. Her mother was an agent in South Florida, and her grandparents were land developers in Spain before building homes in Florida and Georgia. After graduating from Florida State University, Adriana worked with a realty and property management group, then earned her Florida license and closed six sales in her first six months.

At FSU she competed on the rowing team and helped start the program's first rowing scholarship. She is fluent in Spanish, happiest in team-driven environments, and when she is not at the office you will likely find her near the water with her dog, Chispy.
