Felicia Joy Nowoslawski has a deep passion not just for real estate, but for service and bringing joy to others. She’s most interested in being there for her clients and helping facilitate the big real estate moves in their lives. Felicia, also known as FJ, brings that same passion for ensuring her client’s move is a joyous one.

Felicia was born in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, but moved to Texas when she was 17. She has since fallen in love with everything the Lone Star State has to offer. She studied Accounting at the University of Houston where she earned a BBA. After ten years in the financial sector, Felicia moved on to her real passion in real estate. At the Jorgenson Group, Felicia has been named “Newcomer of the Year” and was ranked third in total closed units for 2022. She brings that same dedication to every client, not just to close the sale, but to help them find a home they’ll truly love.

Felicia has multiple licenses and professional certifications. She’s a National Association of Realtors member, a licensed Military Relocation Professional, a certified pricing strategy advisor, and a KW Military Division Member. As a proud Army wife (her husband’s stationed at Fort Cavazos), Felicia knows how difficult the relocation process can be. Life as an Army Wife has instilled in her a deep appreciation for adaptability, resilience, and the importance of finding the perfect home to create lasting memories. She understands the unique challenges that military families face when it comes to relocation, and is here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

FJ is also a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. In addition to that, she’s a regular donor to the Helping Hands Ministry of Belton. With her personal and professional connections in the area, Felicia has her finger on the pulse of Central Texas real estate, specifically in Bell County. It helps her forge a deeper connection with her community and know how to help others do the same.

In her off-time, Felicia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Nicholas. She enjoys golfing at Mill Creek and paddleboarding on Belton Lake, and she is also a PADI-certified scuba diver. Her dream vacation would be diving at the Great Barrier Reef. Felicia is a brand new mother to a wonderful little boy, Lincoln, who fills her days with joy, laughter, and endless love. Being a mom has brought a whole new perspective to her life. Whether it's exploring local parks, enjoying a cozy afternoon at home, or embarking on spontaneous adventures, she believes in living in the moment and creating forever memories with her family.
