American Ventures secures incentives for 60-acre Elgin project amid federal probe
The long-planned Elgin Commons project along U.S. Highway 290, which executives previously said could include more than 300,000 square feet of retail and more, on Dec. 16 was unanimously approved by the Elgin City Council for performance-based incentives that clear the way to bring more amenities 25 miles east of Austin. Could another grocery store be on the way?
