Kasey Jorgenson – Broker & Founder, Jorgenson Real Estate

 

Kasey Jorgenson’s path to real estate started early, growing up with a homebuilder father and a contractor uncle. Watching homes go from blueprint to reality sparked his interest, but it was the business side of real estate that truly hooked him.

 

Before entering the industry, Kasey served six years in the United States Navy. He was stationed with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron HSC-8 aboard the USS John C. Stennis, where he worked as a helicopter Crew Chief, Door Gunner, Anti-Submarine Warfare Specialist, and Rescue Swimmer. During his service, he supported both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The discipline, leadership, and grit he developed during his military career continue to shape how he leads today.

 

After leaving the Navy, Kasey intentionally entered real estate by interning with top producers Sandy and Deirdre Bramberg at Keller Williams Realty in La Mesa, California. He immersed himself in every aspect of the business, learning directly from experienced agents and gaining perspective that would shape his future career.

 

College and a booming housing market brought Kasey to Austin, Texas, where he joined Keller Williams Realty in Round Rock. A few years later, he launched Jorgenson Group – Keller Williams Realty, building a high-performing team focused on systems, service, and long-term relationships. His philosophy was simple – have fun, work hard, and take exceptional care of clients and agents alike.

 

Today, Kasey is the Broker and Founder of Jorgenson Real Estate, an independent brokerage serving Central Texas. He is known for building scalable systems, investing heavily in training, and leveraging technology without losing the personal touch that great service requires. His leadership style is best described as a “players’ coach” – someone who gets in the trenches with his team and leads by example.

 

Kasey believes deeply in mentorship and growth. Inspired by Richard Branson’s quote, “Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to,” he has built a culture where agents are supported, challenged, and encouraged to build businesses they’re proud of.

 

While Kasey no longer works directly with many clients, he remains the backbone of the organization – coaching, mentoring, and driving strategy behind the scenes. He is also a dynamic public speaker and a trusted voice in the Central Texas real estate industry.

 

Outside of work, Kasey is a proud dad to his son Karter and has coached his football team for the past five seasons. They’ve made multiple championship appearances – bringing home one title and another runner-up finish. When he’s not on the sidelines, you’ll find him outdoors hiking, cycling, or exploring Central Texas. He’s completed multiple MS-150 cycling events, the Texas Water Safari, and the Missouri River 340 canoe race. His loyal sidekick is Mabel, his French Bulldog, who runs the house.
