Born and raised in McAllen, TX, Fernando was raised by a REALTOR® dad and a school counselor mom — a foundation that shaped his service-first mindset. After graduating valedictorian of his high school, he earned a marketing degree from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School Honors Program, graduating magna cum laude. His deep understanding of digital marketing and negotiation gives clients a strategic advantage in a competitive market, whether buying new construction or resale.

Before real estate, Fernando made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, appearing in over 20 television shows, writing award-winning screenplays, and even playing a Marvel superhero in Fantastic Four.
